This Refundable Fee covers the cost of mailing plates, Daily Folder, Placards, IFTA, FMCSA Safety Manuel and Independent Contractor items that are mailed during the Onboarding of all ICs.
This will be refunded once the driver has completed his first trip, turned in paperwork and has completed his/her HOS logs for the Compliance Dept.
